How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately, as we cannot make changes to your order once it has shipped.
Please note: customized items take an additional 1-2 days to process.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Tracking numbers can take a few hours to update.
